Part 2: The Practice
In this workshop we will practice several different meditation techniques to accommodate our diverse needs, lifestyles, and goals. We will also have space for sharing challenges, successes, and questions as we come together in community. All levels are welcome to attend. Participation in Part 1 is not required.
